Claimant says:
"I called USA Transmission because my trans was slipping he told me what they had to do in order to look at the car and quoted me a fiqure which was around 900 dollars, I said ok they came and towed my car on 3/18/2013 i went behind the tow truck and took them 300 dollars to start breaking it down to look at a couple days went by they called told me what was wrong of course I dont know laymens terms so he told me it would be 1,240 all together i said go ahed and preceed with fixing it i dont have the rest of the money he said he would hold it on 4/03/2013 i took him another 100 i told him then i would be back before 4/10/2013 to get my car on 4/08/2013 i took them 840.00 got my car drove maybe 15 minutes to my friends on 8 mile and gratiot sat for 15 minutes left there went on warren and chalmers after that my car starts to act up again i call them like my car is acting up of course he say it was fine as im driving it really starts to act up like it dont want to move so i calls him back like im not gone make it i give him my friends address he sends the tow truck outi get on 8 mile and schonner and get ready to pull off from the light"
