  • Attached is a copy of your order. You purchased a king mattress and box spring for a total of $4069.00 which was charged on 9/5/16. Also attached the signed proof of delivery showing you accepted delivery of the above mentioned product on 9/19. If you would like to return the mattress and box spring we would be happy to make those arrangements and you would only be responsible for a $250.00 return shipping fee. If you proceed with this offer, we would owe you $3819.00. Just let us know and we will proceed with scheduling the pickup and return.
    We do not understand the request of a $3600.00 refund. We have no record of a transaction that would qualify for that amount. If there is a charge we are not aware of, we would need - the date of the transaction and the last four of the credit card. Also a transaction ID could help expedite locating and resolving this type of situation.

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:
  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "Please see our message detailing why we reject this claim. We have no problem working with the customer, but the information that has been provided from the customer does not explain why we owe $3600.00. We show the order delivered so customer is only entitled to a refund if they return the product. The only other reason the customer would be owed a refund, would be if they were charged in error, which we need additional information to confirm and identify the incorrect charge. If this is the case and is confirmed we would refund."
