Claimant says:
"I have a 1999 Pont Bonneville Se. I had an electrical fire on 5/31/2012, the car was toll out. The market valuation report on the car stated that the car was valued at $2,550.00. United Auto only offered me $250.00 for basic transportation. I rejected the $250.00 and I asked them to replace my car for the total market value and they refused. United Auto deduced $2417.27 for unrelated prior damage, which the car had no damage, $500.00 for the deductible and the balance after deductions is $367.27 accord to United Auto."

  • I have been with your company many years. I have paid 6 months premim. When I paid my premium it goes to United Auto Insurance. You have assigned me to an underwriting company, which is not my chose. You are the company that should follow up with Unique not me. I paid you the money and you should do the foot work. When it is time to renewal the policy, you have no problems with sending the letters to collect the premium. It seem like you are trying to duck responsibllity.
