Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"A journal was left on board one of your planes. The plane's final destination was Philadelphia, PA, on Thursday, July 4th, around 11:00 pm, coming from Chicago. The journal was left in a pocket behind a seat on the plane by a 12 year old boy coming back from Australia. It has several names in the back."

  • I just find this whole situation absolutely unacceptable. This claim has been made over a year ago and absolutely nothing has been done to even try to resolve it. It is a simple journal that was left on a plane and you have all the details you need to find it. What is the problem? We would like it returned however you do that. USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, Special delivery, whatever method works for you, but apparently no method works for you because it has not been returned. I would like to know how people get items which are left on airplaines, and I know that happens many, many, many times. You definitely need a better system. Your's is not working. Thank you.
