Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"The representatives do not respond to my telephone calls or emails.; They did not mail me my tax information for the past two years They did not acknowledge my change of address; At time of the renewal of my contract, they took too long and caused me to be late with my Fedloan services, which caused my monthly payment to skyrocket They are still taking money out of my account when I directed them not to, In 2016 they were late with my renewal information and now it shows on my credit report that I was 90 days in default; I was turned down for a loan application for a house.; I demand to be reimbursed. March 12 - email that I will have to pay $539.00 if I want to cancel with them. I am keeping up with my student loans because they have failed to do so. I should not have to pay twice"

  • 03-02-2018 — email - plea for information because i needed info for my underwriter and i wanted to do my taxes - no response
  • 03-02-2018 — contacted fedloan services found out I was 1 day late and my monthly payment went up to 440.88
  • 03-02-2018 — tried to call representative - unable to leave message
  • 03-03-2018 — email to UAG - told them about their incompetency, that I was reporting their incompetency and not to take any monies out of my account
  • 03-02-2018 — they took 49 dollars out of my account
  • 03-06-2018 — email - final message to them about filing a complaint - no response

    I also fall into this claim. I filed one and they offered me nothing. Of course I couldn't see anything and I stupidity agreed
