Claimant says:
"Unique Air, What a disgrace to the business world.
This is a company who "said" they serviced two of my A/C units. Come to find out that the second unit they serviced ran out of gas. The tech stated that he checked the gas. (freon) Five days after service my A/C unit was blowing warm air.
I called another company out and they found the freon low. They also checked for leaks and found none. This was another $309.00 dollars out of my pocket.
I complained to Unique who did nothing about this. I ask for a refund for the service of the second A/C unit ($79.00) and they refused. Not only is this unfair, but a ripoff to customers.
The tech who came out had a very poor attitude and it was obvious he did not like his job.

Not only am I filing this complaint, I will make sure none of my family or friends use Unique air."

  • Unique is a complete sham. They pull all sorts of games. Their employees work under conditions that are onerous and pure greed from the officers of the corporation. They charge for a service contract that is not required. The warranty; I suggest you get 10 years parts and labor. Their :Sales" staff are nothing more than pushy used car salesman who just sAC equipment. The office staff is rude, and out liars in my opinion. And there charges are just as bad. Stay as far away as possible from these rip-off clowns.
