Claimant says:
"I have had my mortgage with Suntrust since 2003. In all that time i have never had them escrow any money. I pay my insurances and taxes on my own faithfully. In August, for whatever reason, Suntrust started charging me escrow monies. After countless phone calls, I spoke to someone who made me feel confident that the problem would be resolved. However, when I received my statement from them , there it was again.. they are still wanting to charge me with escrow monies. I called AGAIN and tried to get the same person and supervisor that I had before. Of course they were not there. I got another supervisor on the line, Shawn Lockley is the name she gave me, and said she was another supervisor. She was rude and acted like I was bothering her with my concerns, yet one more time... So needless to say my problem is not resolved. Suntrust still wants to have me escrow money, even though I DO NOT NEED TOO... PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS MESS."
