Claimant says:
"I had a very minor electrical problem with flickering lights all on the same circuit breaker. I called this company and the owner , John,came to my house for a free estimate. He then proceeded to sell me a bill of goods that to solve my problem, he would have to troubleshoot my entire system at a cost of $600.00. He lied to me abt th extent of the job,and coaxed me to giving a cash advance of $200.00, with the balance to be paid after work was done. He didn't even bother to give a receipt for the cash advance, unbelieveable! The electrician came out and went to almost every outlet to check for shorts, and the very last thing he checked was my circuit breaker, padding the job. He showed me burn marks on the back of the breaker and decided to use whatever he had on his truck, a double breaker to replace 3 single breakers. Of course the problem of flickering was solved, however, later on I had my breakers overload twice, once when I used an iron, and 2nd time with microwave. Later I lost power to my back two bedrooms. My problem was now much,much worst due to this shoddy work. I called a retired friend of mine(electrician), he came over and we went a half a mile down the road to buy the proper ITE breakers (Siemens now) for my panel board. He replaced 9,10,11 with singles and removed the outlaw double breaker installed. Problem solved for 63 dollars of breaker purchased. No charge from my friend, and he told me this outfit was out and out Pirates. I also had called John back and he wouldn't come back to fix it without extorting another bundle from me $1,800.00 to replace my circuit breaker panel. My electrician friend said, it would not be necessary as my panel was not bad, and the problem was the breakers. Legally, I have no recourse to recover my money, but I stongly recommend that NO ONE use Trinity Electric Services as the owner is not HONEST!"

  • Our company values all of customers and any of their concerns. This complaint is 2 years old and we have tried to contact Mr. Santo several times.
    His claims are false and we have been, and still are, willing to meet with him to discuss all his complaints.
    He never called us at the time of his concerns and will not respond to us presently, SO YOU DECIDE WHO IS BEING FAIR OR DISHONEST
