Claimant says:
"Tri-State failed to honor a contract for a bathroom in the amount of 6,500. 4,000 was paid upfront. Some work was done. The owner disappeared for about two weeks ignoring all text messages. One text was finally returned after he was "called out" on his character. Two separate contractors had to be called in to complete the job which cost over 5,500.

Resolution: Compensation in the amount of 2,000


Tri-State Construction failed to honor a second contract for the prevention of water seepage in the basedment in the amount of 950.00. Total amount was paid. Tri-State left debris (about 18 bags) , a 2x2 feet hole, unleveled soil and a dead tree which was replanted incorrectly.
