Message from Claimant: NO ATTEMPTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO CONTACT ME WHATS SO EVER. THE CREDIT CARD THAT WAS USED IS NO LONGER VALID. I WANT MY CRUISE AS STATED WHEN BOOKED WHERE WE WOULD BE GONE FOR FIVE DAYS FROM EITHER FORT LAUDERDALE OR CAPE CANAVERAL WITH THE BALCONY ON ROYAL CARRIBEAN, SO WE WILL BE AT SEA NEW YEARS EVE. 1. Our records indicate in November 4th we made two attempts to contact Mrs. Daniels in order to finalize her cruise. The call was not returned and so the cruise has not been finalized. Our office will issue a refund of $196.00 which is the amount Mrs. Daniel's paid. Refund will be issued to credit card used by Mrs. Daniel. Dec 13, 2013 $196.00
