Claimant says:
"I purchased a Tracphone and it went bad. I was sent a new one 6-12-17 and had trouble setting it up. I called the service dept and they tried to help and came to the conclusion 6-22 that that phone was a bas product too. They said they couldn't replace the replacement for me and I had to purchase a new phone with no reibursement from them. I find this unacceptable, they had me on the phone for a bout an hour trying to fix the problem and couldn't. I feel I should not have to purchase a new phone wehn they can send me another one. The operator told me it was a lost and she couldn't help. I've been a customer for over 10 years and feel they should accomodate me."
