Claimant says:
"I am a small business, and used Total Merchant Service credit card processing. I recently canceled service, I was sent out a box to return equipment, (no postal info as to when I recieved box). I have sent box off. YESTERDAY I received a second notice and label, TODAY I was charged $750.00 from Total Merchants Services, no call, no email, nothing to even confirm I got shipping label. Talk with a Jennifer, (customer service?) was rude and patronizing (888-777-6040). This has cause my account to be overdrawn...causing bounced checks. I had been with them for a couple years, and it's not first time that charges and increases just show up. Total Merchant Services 4743 NE 190th Lane, Portland, OR, 97230.
Charging my bank account with no notice, will never do business with them again, and now not Trusting anyone with access to my account. Would not refer TMS to anyone. Dishonest Company, Dishonest people that work for the company."
