Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I bought a laptop (Serial No: XD354371Q, Model Name: Satellite C55D-A5344) from Toshiba on 11/27/2013. I can't connect it to my TV to watch movies. I used to be able to do it, but later on sometimes I could and sometimes I couldn't, and now I simply can't at all. I tried using different HDMI cables and different TV sets, but still doesn't work. So it must be the problem of the laptop.
I called Toshiba and was given 3 different Authorized Service Providers, but they either already stopped that warranty service with Toshiba or are getting out of that service because of lack of timely and enough funding. I called again on 07/17/2014 a representative called Ms. Lyn promised to email me within one day and mail me a shipping box in order to mail my laptop to a repair depot, but she broke her promises. I called today for mailing and email address for filing a complaint against Toshiba, but Mr. Howell and Mr. Angelo both refused to provide me with the address for complaint."

    DEMANDS: TOSHIBA EITHER SEND ME A MAILING BOX WITH REQUIRED LABELS JUST AS TOSHIBA IS SUPPOSED TO DO SO I CAN MAIL MY LAPTOP TO A NOTEBOOK REPAIR DEPOT OR JUSTIFY TOSHIBA’S NOT DOING SO SATISFACTORILY. THE REFUSAL OF THE DEMANDS WILL INITIATE LEGAL ACTIONS.
