Claimant says:
"I joined Tiger Schumann karate in January. Everything was great I was enjoying the classes and teacher until June when I injured and hurt my knee in one of his classes. Wasn't my fault or his it just something that happened. I was out of class and work for almost 2 months. I was still being charged even though I haven't been to classes. Tried to cancel my contract but I couldn't unless I had a medical note which eventually I got in September excusing me from taking any more classes until my knee heals completely. I was even at one point doing therapy classes. I was able to cancel my contract but they won't refund me my $600 for the last 3months from them charging me even tho I was not in class. It's been a month. I've been trying to get a hold of someone higher up maybe headquarters but I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I went on the website but the number is an auto mated machine not a real person. I contacted them on twitter nothing. I even went on Facebook but they have multiple pages. I don't know which one to go to. Help me please I just want my money back"
