Claimant says:
"Someone else used my credit card to buy tickets. I called Ticketmaster to ask them to cancel the order and they would not. They said to call credit card company & report which I did. I told them to remove me from future purchases & they refused. This can happen again with them since they don't even verify who's card it is. The person who was not me must made up an email address and apparently only supplied them with the last 4 numbers on my card. How is that? No verification? No questions as to the 3 digit number on the back of the card? No verification of mailing address? Nothing?"

  • I would like, if I can get it, an official statement from TM stating that TM will not sell any tickets to anyone using my name, Michael J. Aprea or my wife's Suzette C. Aprea, through an online request via credit. We intend on continuing to purchase from TM in other ways. Can this be sent in an official letter? I have appreciated the communication TM so far and that does matter.
