Claimant says:
"I purchased a China Cabinet and base through Thomasville at 10662 West Flamingo Road location, Las Vegas, NV 89147. The item I purchase is 1008023 and 1008024. Type: Fredericksburg, on September 1, 2013. It was delivered within the month. The China base has some issues and Thomasville had company pick up the bottom and do some repairs. The bottom is not fine. The top glass China Cabinet is warped and not completely finished at the edging where it attaches to the base. The glass and mirrors inside the cabinet also do not clean. There appears to have some type of overspray on it and it does not come off. Again, Thomasville sent someone out to clean the glass/mirrors and did agree, the top was defective. After several attempts to get a response, three weeks later, they determined they would replace the top. It had now been 4 months and not able to utilize the hutch.

Three weeks ago they delivered a new top China Cabinet. It also had a warped area on it and it also was not finished at the edging where it sits onto the base. I refused this one and requested the delivery company to have someone contact me. Now going on 5 months later, I still have not had this issue resolved nor I have I heard from anyone at this point. All I want is to have this issue corrected and have a newly top China Cabinet that is without defects. I sent Thomasville another email today and advised I would like to hear from someone ASAP.

Please can you assist with this matter. If they are not going to bring a new top cabinet, I then wish to have them pick up the entire unit and credit my account.
