"I loaned Thomas Mullinnix $2,000 via a wire transfer from my account at Bank of America to his account at Vystar Credit Union, Fleming Island, Florida on November 3, 2010 to help him through a financial difficulty. After repeated requests, Thomas paid me $100 towards his debt on or around July 2013, leaving a principle amount of $1900 remaining. I gave Thomas Mullinnix several opportunities to provide to me a repayment plan suitable to him; however, I have been ignored."
