  • 12-10-2010 — ordered spa cover
  • 12-24-2010 — email sent inquiring about delivery, recieved rude email stating they have 14 business days for delivery
  • 01-04-2011 — phone call and emails to company asking about delivery. Since it had not been delivered they just canceled the order.
  • 01-05-2011 — Had live chat conversation with owner, Brandon, he said order is canceled since I am not happpy that cover was not delivered in a timely manner.
What Claimant Wants Hide
1. Correct False and mis-leading advertising. Change website to show correct delivery times and remove best customer service as a goal on website. Just canceling an order because they can not meet thier obligations is not proper recourse. Company has very rude, un-professional and disrespectful reperentatives. They do whatever they want and just hang up on people when you expose their lies. Jan 12, 2011 $7.95

  • I received a hot tub cover from Solis Spa Covers in 2010. The cover has been great until I had a tree fall on my hot tub and cover. I caled Solis Spa Covers to order a new cover in June of this year. Not only did the staff at Solis help me but, they told me I didn't need a whole new cover! Solis replaced my covers foam center for minimal cost! I have had delt with Solis Spa Cover two times over the last three years and have nothing but pleasant experiences. Thank you Solis for taking care of your customers and providing an excellent product. You have my business as long as I own a hot tub.

  • I think this buyer should go back and reread the website all delivery times are estimated varying by season and holidays, Why would you order during the holiday period you know its always very busy for any company.
    You should take stock in your own actions before you intentionally go out to harm someones lively hooh

  • i just recieved a cover that was manufactured incorrectly from the same company. Their customer service person hung up on me twice. This is an unprofessional company
