Claimant says:
"I paid them $49.00 to get several reports on how to get money from the US Government. The payment has cleared my bank. The deadline for using these reports in 18 April 2016. I was promised they would be in the mail as soon as I paid them. This was approximately 2 weeks ago. They have sent me "The Oxford Communique" which does NOT meet my expectations in any way.
I called their 800 number and got a recording telling me "All circuits are busy". Then I call the only other number listed (443-353-4056). A recorded voice told me that they were experiencing heavy call volume. Additionally, the recorded voice told me that the "wait time is 33 minutes". This happened today Thursday 14 April 2016 at 1:15 Central Time. I have been SCAMMED!
