Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I am a Notary Public who provided Notary Services on behalf of The Notary Spot. I has been over 30 days and I have not receive $75 payment for the services that were rendered. I have documentation showing that the packages was signed and notarized. Per the Notary Spot disclosure payments were to go out every 15 days. I have called left message and sent my invoice via email for payment. I have even gone to the address to see if I could talk to someone, only to find that is was a vacant office. The sign on the door states The Notary Spot but there was no answers.

It is my understanding that I am not the only Notary that this man is doing this to. He's getting money from his clients for our services and is writing bogus checks or not remitting payments at all."
