"JULY, 2013 - I had a great sales man come to my house and gave a wonderful sales pitch about The College Network/Excelsior.. He had all documents to apply for financial assistance . I was informed that the $14,861.40 would cover all 17classes and testing fees . After completing a course just request the test fees and it would be promptly sent and a test date sent . After I completed the A&P portion I requested test fees and a date . I requested the same once a month for over a year and never received the test fees and never scheduled for tests. I was repeatedly told they were just a little behind and my checks were being processed . I stopped making monthly payments and now have a civil action in process by AFH INVESTMENTGROUP LLC / JOSEPH F. ROSEN ESQ , POLLACK AND ROSEN P.A. 806 DOUGLAS RD . SOUTH TOWER SUITE 200 CORAL GABLES FL. 33134 -- PHONE NUMBER 305-448-0006 for non-payment of services I never received. I have attempted multiple times to contact THE COLLAGE NETWORK about test dates and exam fess without any success"
