Claimant says:
"when my floor was installed it was damaged.( I was told that the installer put the floor in too tight and that in time-less then a year it buckled) Telesco told me to" just live with it" Bishop Distributors sold this floor to Telesco and told me that they would send a free box of this flooring to Telesco for them to give to me. I would have to then get another company to do the repairs. Telesco how has this flooring (over a month) but will not release it me. They do not want another co to do the repairs and they said "we will not repair the floor.""
