1. Recovery of Losses: dog Jan 22, 2011 $1,900.00
2. Compensation: Vetrinarian visits Mar 25, 2011 $250.00
3. Compensation: Vet ER room visit dog was sick at purchase as well Dec 20, 2010 $996.00
4. Days off work to take dog toe all the required vet visits they asked me to honor for the refund, even tho they didnt refund me Apr 16, 2011 $500.00
5. Days off work to take dog to all the required vet visits they asked me to honor for the refund, even though they didnt refund me. This is a visit becasue they said they will refund me if I take the dog to their vet to confirm the genetic issue. Their doctor said yes there is a genetic issue and said the first of two surgries will cost x$s, This was a visit I had to pay for even though they required it for the refund and they expected me to then additionaly pay for the surgries, and they still did not refund me for the dog. It says in the contract they created that a refund will be credit for genetic deffects, my dog has been identified by 3 vets that he has an overbite that will require future surgries due to the genetic deffect. Still the store, refuses to refund me, even after their own personal vet told them himself that this dog has a clear genetic deffect. Pictures were even sent to the store showing them the deffect. Apr 16, 2011 $500.00
