Claimant says:
"As of October 2014, I approached Rosa Osuna for a home loan modification. She assured me that she was able to do my home loan modification and that I needed to pay her $1,000 every month because that is what the bank was asking for. She had gained my trust previous to this, so I did not suspect anything. After some time, in 2016, she said that I had to pay her an extra $1,000 because she had paid the taxes of the house for me. In December, I got a letter stating that my house had been sold in foreclosure as of december 1, 2016. In other words, Rosa Osuna had not paid the bank anything and did not really work on modifying my home loan like she had assured me since October 2014. I got records of what I paid her as proof. I had to pay $600 to a legal representative to postpone my eviction, because on a letter I received from the lawyer of the new buyers, I had 3 days to move. So now, I lost my home due to fraud committed by Rosa Osuna who works at the offices of Taxes Services in 12828 Paramount Blvd. Downey, CA 90242."
