Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"T mobile says they have no record of an Helen Mc Eachrane who was a customer for years until I switched to Credo who paid to buy me out I have the records. They are behaving like all Corporations do whilst trying to woo customers are oblivious incompetent and uncaring about what happens to individuals when there customer service is appalling and plain wrong about my credit history. I have excellent credit history with all credit bureaus and unsuspecting customers attempting to use their services should be aware. They agreed to have the request removed from the credit bureaus in view of the fact that they were wrong and now have since reneged their position. I am appalled and want to pursue this and have this published"
