"Wish to file a complaint with T-mobile.as to charges, I did not ask for, and a charge on a phone which has not been used in 3 months, and was not allowed to return when the company went without contracts and I had just purchased the phone. Am also being charged $24.00 per month for insurance on 3 phones that I never asked for, was not told about, and it was optional for me to buy or not buy. Have spoken to people at T-mobile, who refuse to me anything about the home office :ie phone number or address. As far as I can see these are thieves who taking money from the public, for in my case nothing!"
