Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On 3/28/12 I called t-mobile to cancel my account as I have been on this plan for 4-5 yrs and the cost was too high. I was immediately transferred to another employee who came up with a different plan at a lower cost so I said I would try it against my better judgement. In april I received a billing statement regarding the old plan and again in May. So i was a little ticked because I had to call to find out what was going on. I got Christen (#3829260) in customer service and told her that apparently they were still recognizing my old plan and I felt they had breached my contract and that i wanted to cancel. She immediatly went into the system and found that the new plan was never initiated, so she immediately activated the new plan. I asked her why she did that because I had asked her to cancel my contract because of the breach and I did not feel I had to pay the cancellation fee. She preceded to tell me I had to fax, e-mail or write a letter disputing the fee. This call was made on 5/22/12 beginning at 10 o'clock. If I had not called who knows how long it would of taken to find out their mistake. I'm 76 years old and I don't need all this hassle and to do your business for you. I acted in good faith, they did not. Your assistance in this matter will be appreciated.
