"They installed a Screened-in deck with a gutter with the down spourt on the wrong side. There is also a leak in the roof.

I called them six time within two months. They called me back two days ago,said they were on vacation last week and just received my messages;but I talked to Casey Davis and the telephone operators themselves inside this time."

  • Hello Mr. Gray.

    We have not heard back from you and we also tried contacting you via telephone. In good faith we made a trip to your home today to survey your issues. The attached pictures show what we found. As predicted your gutter was full of leaves which is causing your gutter to over flow. Your gutter is pitched properly and an additional downspout is not needed. We do not handle the cleaning out of your gutters, it is your responsibility to maintain them for proper performance.

    We also addressed your roof leak while on-site.

    We would appreciate you closing this immediately. It is very unfair for you to accuse us of not responding and of being a fly by night company as we have responded to each one of your concerns and in this case especially as your concern is due to lack of maintenance on your part.

  • With BBB, Mr. Davis and I have chosen to close this claim depending on a lien release by Nov. 11,2014.
