Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"We signed a contract with SunDrop Solar, in November 2016 with the agreement that the work for installing the panels would start in 3 months, the panels were not installed until April. Once the panels were installed our APS (electricity) bill was higher then we ever paid before, our APS bill in the summer was anywhere from $400 to $500 dollars on top of that we had to make $200 monthly payments on the panels. In November of 2017 i contacted Sundrop and it was determined that 4 of the solar panels were not working at all in addition, the online monitoring system had not been installed. So for the past 9 months we were over charged. Per the request of Sundrop, I forward them APS billing statements for the 9 months and was told that there billing department was working on providing us an adjustment refund. We never received a check for the overcharge. I contacted the office numerous times and kept getting the same message that they are working on the refund/adjustment and then they stopped answering the phone and returning my calls and or emails that i sent them."

"I'd suggest that Sundrop Solar gets its act together. The solar panels it installed didn't work? The claimant's bills were HIGHER? It agreed to refund and then didn't? Deadly combination of sheer incompetence plus potential false advertising from initial sales job. Yikes."
