Alma R. says: Bad, bad service, solar panels installed incorrectly. for approximately 7 or 9 months our electricity bill was higher than it was prior to the panel installs. Turns out the panels and the control monitor was not set up. 4 panels were not working. Manager promised credit adjustments were promised and never made good. Was told manager/owner would contact us to apologize and to give us a monetary credit for the 7 or 9 months that we were paying twice as much on our electricity bill prior to installing the solar system, manager/owner never called, office staff would not return calls.
