Claimant says:
"Won't repair or replace anything in home. Office Manager often states has not been reported. When agreed to rent mobile home. Manager stated would get repairs done. The home smells like mold when you enter. My grandson has been carred to doctor's office four times n past thirty days. I am havng problems breathing when enter home. Manager will not get leaking pipe between wall and walk in shower stall. It took three weeks to get manager to send plumber out. Manager now states plumber can't fnd necessary part because too old. Me and my family spent Labor Day weekend in home with air conditioning. No one answered the number for after hours. The leak in the wall has wet carpet in bathroom and master bedroom. I am unable to use garbage disposer because water gushes out when used."
