"Conctrator agreed to build me a garage and took half up frount on 8/31/09. Started work on Sept of 2009 has been back off and on ever since I still have just forms and no other work he keeps saying I will be there this week and then next week this has been going on since last year. All I want is a garage he just wants to give me my money back and quit it's not that easy at this point I can not get another contractor to do the job umtil next year. This "A " hole has kept jerking me around. Now he says he has a problem with keeping help because he took on to many jobs and is almost 2 yrs behind. I don't want my money back I want him to get his ass down here and build me the garage."
