"A salesman (Mike Doran) was EXTREMELY RUDE and used FOUL LANGUAGE towards ME and my WIFE. HE TOLD MY WIFE "F*** YOU!" I am appalled, not professional"

  • I will be glad to reimburse your travel expenses, however you neglected to include in your story the FOUL LANGUAGE your wife used in our dealership showroom. It is an unfortunate set of circumstances but every one of our 600 vehicles is avaliable for sale until someone puts a deposit on one of them...in this case a gentleman from Utah purchased the same vehicle you were coming to see shortly before you arrived. And just for the record Mike Doran is one of our sales managers and was quite busy attending to customers the afternoon you arrived... I appreciate your understanding and consideration fo ourr customers and staff. If you would forward me your address I will forward a check.

  • Still no apology from the saleman who told my wife f### you just a message with excuses for the outrageous behavior. The message claimed the car was sold right before our arrival when in fact I was told by two separate employee's that the car sold two hours before my arrival. Also, the message claimed the salesman that used foul language to my wife was busy with customers whe he was really sitting in his office by himself doing paper work and even stated he was to busy to attend to us because he had other employee's he had to answer to first.
