"The State of Hawaii is Aiding and Abetting the Fraud of the Banks. They have been Grossly Negligent in allowing the Banks to Foreclose on homes where the Promissory Note has been sold on Wall St. The Banks made their money through M.E.R.S. They are allowing the courts to steal the public's homes. It's a violation of State law to Foreclose without the Actual Note."

  • Hawaii is Number 2 in the Nation for Predatory lending !My Mortgage papers were also 'Robo-signed'by the Bank !The following represents other issues.My Family and myself have suffered emotional,psychological and physical harm at the hands of One West/IndyMac Bank and the Lender(Fannie Mae).We've also suffered a loss of income and Defamation of Character(Poor Credit) due to their actions.
