"I APPLIED FOR A LOAN WITH STARBOARD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ON APRIL 6, 2018 AND ON MAY 1ST THE LOAN FOR $5,000 WAS APPROVE.
THE REPRESENTATIVE ADVISED ME TO SEND $340 FOR THE PROCESSING FEES. AND ON APRIL 28 I SENT THE $340 USING ITUNE PAYMENT METHOD.  REPRESNTAATIVES NAME  JOHN PETERS EMAIL petersjohn677@gmail.com
ON MAY 2ND THEy SENT ME A NOTICE THAT THE FUNDS WERE WIRED TO MY BANK AND AS OF THIS DATE THE FUDS HAVE NOT BEEN DEPOSITED IN MY BANK.
I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THIS MUST BE A SCAM.
