Claimant says:
"This is a 9mos accredited program. I studied for a dialysis technician upon completion I was suppose to have taken a bonent test two weeks after graduation to be certified. It is 3 1/2 months later and have not heard from the bonnet people to schedule my test. Can't get a job in this field unless you are certified. I took out an 11,000 loan and with interest it amounts to 18,000. You have to start making payments six months after graduation and here it is almost four months since I finished and still no email from bonnet to schedule my test. I've called Star Career Academy, Corporate and even Bonent, and nothing has been resolved, I just keep getting the run around. Can someone from BBB please help me"

  • We apologize for any misinformation Ms. Thomas may have. She did start the application while she was still a student, but what she did not realize was that she had to be a graduate before the application could be submitted.

    Along with the application we submit our check, and to do that our School examines her completed application at several points in our process.

    Another thing Ms. Thomas may not have been aware of is that he Certifying Body itself takes 6-8 weeks to process all applications.

    We know Ms. Thomas is eager to take her exam. And we hope she will take advantage of the workshops we offer to prepare her to be successful in it. But we assure her that her application is following the customary timetable for every student.

    Currently all required documentation is in the certifying body’s hands. We expect Ms. Thomas to receive her private PIN any day now.
