Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I'm writing you because i want you to hear from one of the many dissatisfied Sprint customers. In addition, I've been unable to get my issue resolved. It began when I went to the Sprint store to pick up the IPhone 6 I ordered previously at tucson marketplace, 1065 E. Tucson Marketplace Blvd. Ste 101. I waited with my young son for close to 3 hours. After deactivating my old phone, they realized the new iphone was defective. They gave me another iphone, not the color I originally order and stated that there were no more of that color in stock, so they would order it, and call me when it was ready to be picked up. A week passed and I did not hear back from the store. My in- store experience was so terrible that I decided to call. I called and called and called, no one answered the phone( you should try calling this store for yourself). After 2 weeks of calling and no one answering, finally, I spoke w/ Chris who said to be the assistant manager. When telling Chris the story, he said he needed to speak with the person who was assisting me(Ossirus). I never got a call back and I attempted to call the store again and did not get a response. I then decided to call customer care (Tina) who attempted to call the store but was unsuccessful in getting someone to answer the dam phone! She took note and said she would call the store again the next day and if she was unsuccessful, would escalate the issue to her supervisor. I never heard back from her or her supervisor. I called customer care the day after speaking with Tina and was told by another specialist that it appeared Tina was still working on the issue and I should call back. Tonight I called customer care again to determine if Tina made any notations in the computer about follow up measures she made. The customer service specialist I spoke with tonight was unhelpful and this remains to be an issue. I'm completely fed up with Sprint at this point!"
