Claimant says:
"In June, 2011, I moved to Crestview, Fl due to a PCS. I had two phones and an internet card with Sprint, but the items did not work at my new address. After calling Sprint, they let me know that the coverage for my area was not good and my items would not work. Then they notified me to send a copy of my lease to get the account cancelled. Plus they let me know I was paid up on the account and the cancellation fee would be wavied because it was a military move. I did what was requested of me and I still recieved a bill. I called back and they requested a copy of a bill from my new address, I sent that to them and they told me it would be resolved. Then I recieved another bill and spent countless hours on the phone trying to get this issue resolved. I feel I was always a great customer with Sprint, paying my bill on time and I enjoyed Sprint until I made my move to Florida. I would have definitely kept Sprint, but my home had no coverage, but I feel it was very unprofessional to get all of these promises made to me about it being taken care and nothing was ever done. Now my bill has been sent to a creditator and this just frustrates me even more because I pay my bills and pay what is due. If someone would have done what they said they would do, I would not be in this situation now. Due to this situation, I know I will eventually PCS again and even if there is coverage with Sprint I would be hesitent to go back with them."

  • I have attached the Fax Confirmation that I sent to Sprint, the executive that has talked to me is only willing to take the cacellation fee off, I am willing to pay for the July bill, but it still bothers me that they are not willing to own up to their people not willing to do what they said they would do when I sent the fax back in June.
