"Since the end of December Sprint will not resolve the problem.I wanted to take advantage of the offer buy one phone get the second one free.Also I asked to revise my service to a lower plan.What I got was a bill over two thousand dollars.I received two galaxy s7,a notebook,an ipad.I was also being charges service for the Ipad that I did not active.I took both ipad and notebook to the sprint store and ask to take that off my bill.There is no paper work that the items were returned and I am being charged a large cancellation fee for the ipad. They will not resolve this and I can not seem to talk to anyone that can.Please help me if you can."

  • Same problem!! Was told if I bought an IPhone 7plus I would get an iPhone 6 free. So, I got what I thought was the iPhone 7 plus & got the iPhone 6 4 my granddaughter .  Now , I find out I have just a regular iPhone 7 & my granddaughter has a phone called an SE?? What the??? I've never even heard of the SE MODEL! I NEVER GOT ANYTHING WITH MY PHONE EXCEPT THE CHARGER!!! No EARBUDS NOTHING!! SPRINT WILL OUTRIGHT LIE & STEAL FROM YOU!! Stay with ANY CARRIER OTHER THAN SPRINT!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm telling ALL FAMILY & FRIENDS TO SPREAD THE WORD!! WORSE SITUATION EVERRRRRRR
