  • 04-09-2010 — Cell phone activated
  • 04-23-2010 — Tried to get to my account online
  • 05-05-2010 — Called CS; set user name & password for online
  • 05-05-2010 — Repeatedly tried to pay my bill online; phone kept dropping call
  • 05-08-2010 — called Darlene at CS;she patiently helped get my phn going
  • 05-11-2010 — Phn still not wrkg;called CS;asked for new phn;told NO!
  • 05-11-2010 — Ltr call to CS; asked for money back;Tracy(superv) said NO
  • 05-10-2010 — Went to Bedford store to get phone fixed;they don't repair
  • 05-11-2010 — Went to Hurst store: rude employees-messed w/phn & got it on, but wouldn't give me new phone. Said I had to much on it (MY FAULT IT DIDN'T WORK). Told I had to take it to a service center & try to fix it.
  • 05-11-2010 — Added phone insurence; was told by employee that would get me a new phone.
  • 05-24-2010 — Finally able to go to service ctr; updated software; still not wrkg!
