"My name is Anthonie Haag my number is (916)510-9163 . I have had sprint for two years I have went thru 10 Evos And 1 photon I had to have my evos fixed over 15 times and referbished 3 times and I have to take it in once again because my screen stopped working and the speaker. I just added my girlfriend on to my acount in august she has went thru 4 optimus and 1 transfom. We took in her optimus and sprint said they would not fix it. We went in today again to fix that phone and they said no. Then they made us add another line just to get a new phone and want us to pay 200 dollars to cancel that line and charge us an activation fee for our new phone."

    Sprint Nextel is in receipt of the above-referenced complaint of Mr. Anthonie Hagg. This complaint was served to Sprint on January 30, 2012.

    Based on the information provided, Mr. Hagg states that he was unsuccessful at resolving his equipment concerns at a Sprint Service and Repair store and is requesting reimbursement for his equipment purchases.

    Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate an account with the information provided, and we do not have a current contact telephone number for Mr. Hagg in our records. To help us research his issue, please provide additional information, such as a Sprint account number or phone number. In some instances, we may also be able to locate your account information using the Electronic Serial Number (ESN) from your device, if you have it available.
