Claimant says:
"I took one of my garments to get dry cleaned about 4weeks ago in perfect condition. When I went back to pick up they had done such a bad job that I left them for a re-do, but when I went back to pick it up I noticed it had 2 small yellow stains so the boy working that day said to leave them again that they will take care of it.Then when I went back for the third time the garment had 2 bigger yellow stains. At that point I was very upset and said that they damaged my garment.Then the lady employee which by the way her attitude was nothing lady-like, went off on me, telling me that my garment was so dirty, old and cheap that they were not going to take responsibility for damaging my garment, so again I left them as she told me that she was going to wash them but not responsible on how they come out at this point. I was like you already damaged them so try one more time, end of the story. Nothing was done and the owner Christopher told me he was going to do nothing so here I am with my defective garment that is not old, cheap, or dirty as she put it, I feel violated as I feel they have ripped me off by damaging something that belongs to me and not taking responsibility for it. They said in their business card all work guaranteed. Not in this case. On the other hand Zoila, I believe that was her name, the lady employee was so rude, well this is my story."
