Claimant says:
"I purchased airline tickets with Spirit airlines in philadelphie pa. round trip tickets.
I was just robbed of 555.00 . they sent me to use kiosk machine, it printed me a form saying an error accord , and I needed to see an agent at desk. I waited in line approx. 15 minutes while 8-10 employees stood around behind desk, with nothing to do.
As I approached desk at my turn, I was immediately told It was closed. I was 5 minutes late. and they abruptly refused refund my money for this flight, and for flight scheduled on Sunday to return home.
They had done same thing 2 days ago...and charged me an additional 100. for todays flight.

To refuse refund for the second time they did this to me, is not bad enough... but, to refuse refund on my return home flight as well???

this is insane!!!
they gave me the excuse, that its to keep flight costs down for other passengers??
I was charge additional 40.00 for a seat on todays flight , which they wont even let me fly on, and 100.00 luggage fee.
when I became upset with the agent at front desk check in, she summoned alarm button and security approached me from behind!
You have got to be kidding me!!!

I have been a business owner and in excellent standing with BBB well over 15 years now.
I am enraged at the treatment I just received, and the fact it cost me 555.00 to be treated so harshly... because I chose to travel on their airline.
This is flat out robbery!!!"
