Claimant's opinion: Discover card in Salt Lake City Utah had RUDE behavior!
Claimant's opinion: Charged for no service!
Claimant's opinion: Trouble answering phone!
Claimant's opinion: Why did they do this when I said No, I did not want their membership!
We do not participate in online dispute resolution. We do not feel people should have to pay to find a resolution to their billing since banks, companies and credit card companies offer this for free. We have never signed people up via a text messaging system. People can signup through our site, Apple's app store or Google Play. We have a customer service department that will address any questions with the customer directly. The customer has multiple venues to contact us and to come to a resolution. This site is not one of them. They have our number or they can email us at
Also, upon reviewing the Credit Card Statement from this person and their account history - The person filed a claim of fraud with Discover. Discover and our company performed a fraud investigation and saw no signs of fraud. The provisional (temporary pending investigation) credit was then reversed because the claim of fraud was false.
Yes you have! You sent me two text messages showing a phone number! The reply to both were NO! Thank you.
Why wasn't the alleged text message account closed when Discover card claimed it did and investigation back in Sept of 2011. I did not sign up are use their service. They provide no service to me, which constitutes FRAUD. Speeddate is already on the Web about Rip Offs!! Discover card did nothing!! Who got the money? Both?
We have nearly 20,000,000 registered members. We have an A Rating with the Better Business Bureau. Once a claim of fraud, false or legitimate is made and an investigation is initiated, we no longer have access to the billing for an account. All decisions are then made through normal fraud investigation steps. We allow the Credit Card Company or the Bank make the final determination on how the account will be handled. In this case, Discover found the customer had mad false claims of fraud. This was due in part by showing the account information and the member's picture and that the member had multiple accounts. Some were free and some were not. Please consider this message closed.
Hello, as stated before I had a one month membership on July 17, to Aug 17, 2011 which was properly closed. Only ONE membership that was closed. The claims rep for Dicover card says, quote they have your credit card information and so it has to be legit even so it was the information from July 17, 2011, used to open a FRAUD account in September of 2011. They had my old Wed address from the first order. Discover card in Salt Lake Utah said they they did not even contact SpeeDDate.com are they would not answer their phone for them are me at al. NO SERVICE PROVIDED IS FRAUD!! tHEIR CHARGES WERE DISPUTED IN September of 2011. My Discover card was changed and they still billed me. Also, please note that In ORDER FOR ME TO SIGN IN TO MY ACCOUNT WITH DISCOVER CARD, (QUOTE )GAVE THEM PREMISSION TO CAHNGE ANYTHING THAT THEY WANT TO! Discover card is the one that has multiply accounts with my name on them. By no means is this matter closed!
The only means of phone service to my home during that time was by cell phone, in which they did contact me twice as stated before. It show up on their Transaction Type: MAIL/phone order!tEXT!

PeopleClaim is a new way to resolve disputes online without lawyers or mediators. By inviting suggestions from the public, disputing parties get ideas that can lead to settlement – and the person(s) who contributed them can win a reward.
Here's what to do: Read the case (left side of page). Then go to the bottom of the page and enter your suggestion in the space provided. Click the Solution button.
Your suggestion will be sent to both parties and will post on the claim. If the two sides agree to settle based on your suggestion, you're eligible to win. Note: Cash rewards may be split among more than one person if settlement depends on ideas from more than one contributor. If you have a claim of your own to resolve, click here.
You can submit up to three solutions / rebuttal, you would like to settle or to be voted on.
