Claimant says:
"Spartanburg Regional has no idea what is going on in their Emergency Triage. We spent over four hours waiting to be seen. My wife has congestive heart failure with edema. She has been admitted for open heart surgery and has seven stints in her heart. I asked the triage nurse Adrian G. what the status for her was to be seen. She stated there are nine people back now. I stated her condition, with congestive heart failure and her heart was burning and needed immediate care. Her response: "There are nine people back there." Now would you wait four hours for a response like that? This happened on 1/23/2023, she also showed the nurse a prescription from her primary doctor, and she barely looked at it and says, "We don't need that." This nurse is a terrible person, a representative of Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. You all look bad in my eyes and in the eyes of other responsible people trying to make a difference. She also had two blood blister the size of 50 cent pieces, we believe it to be MRSA, but who knows we never received any service.

We left the hospital with no service or any concern from the hospital."
