Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have been living in a building since 2006 which standard parking is managing the garage. Recently I have file multiple complains. Last year I bought $60,000 BMW and they put dents in it. I removed the car from the garage and continue to park my old BMW. Recently I filed three complains first they broke my right side light. I filed a complaint about that and their response was since you left the garage before checking we are not going to cover it. So I started checking my car every night and every morning. Recently came home early evening and checked my car came back after half hour and my front emblem was broken and dent on the hood. I ask the attended name Oluyemi and he denied anything to do with it. Talk to another attendant Michael and he said Oluyemi parked the car. I showed them both the damage and they also agreed that emblem which is scraped off the glue is still wet so it just happened. I filed the clain regarding this and same thing again it not our fault according to their investigation. I called their senior manager Kamran and explained him the incident that I came from work and my car was parked by me facing a wall and came home for half hour and this was done in the garage. He told me I do not have your file I will call you in two day. Never received a call from him for three weeks. Call their regional manager Roger Walter and he said I will get back to you in few day. Never called me back either. I called him back week and a half later and I got a call back from Kamran again tell me it's not their fault and I ask him to have Roger call me. Roger called me back and said the same thing it not their fault. I asked how did you determine that and his response was I talk to my guys and I trust their judgement and told to to go to my insurance."
