Claimant says:
"We had some stone work done and he misquoted the job. the price he quoted was $1250.00. on 8- 7-2012 we gave him $ 500.00 down to start the job then he said he misquoted the job and we gave him another check for 1745.00 making a total $2245.00. the next day i called him and ask them to come back and finish the job in the daylight they did most of the work after dark it made him mad and he said he didn't want any thing to do with us. we ask for a paid receipt for $ 2245.00 which he agreed to . that was about the first of aug. we called him and e-mailed him several times and will not answer are calls or e-mails we canot get a receipt and he did not finish the job they started.
