Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I went to sol control in new port richey off 54 to get my windows tinted on my 2006 PT CRUISER. They gave me a price of 120.00 being I had nothing to remove off the windows. As they were doing the work they told me I had old tint in the creaces of the windows, which I did not know about (being i bought car used) and it had to be removed for an extra 15 bucks, ok great! My husband comes in and I get his car done too, small 1998 nissan just the rear windows another 85 plus 10 to clean window glue it had on it from last tint, FINE!! Husband and I leave and yes happy until, my husband notices big bubble in back of his window and I see the removal of tint on my car that they charged me for, pieces were still left behind in the new tint! Yes I wrote a review when my husband went back and they told him there is dirt in his tint and nothing they can do. As a paying customer I have the right to complain when I do not get quality work, they claim they gauantee! I call about my car and I get the owners wife screaming at me about it, had to hang up and call back and ask her if she was ready to talk to me, yes I had one appointment set up, but as a teacher and someone who goes to school I have a life too this is when I had the time for them to fix their poor work on my car, so I went in with the car and got ganged up on by the wife and the family standing behind her coming down on me. Scared to even leave my car now I go back to work stressing, something I do not need to do working with kids. I go back and its done but I found glue left between the tint and the window from the rmoval of there mistake, so the owner himself redid it. It looked good until I waited the 3 days I was told to wait for them to dry, put down my window and found rip tint on my passenger side and scratch tint on driver's side, my husband takes car back again and I am told I will only complain again there is nothing they can do. I report to BBB and I call one more time cause I have waranty for work and they told BBB they waranty and they are still not fixing it! At this point I want my money back I do not even want them to touch my car again in fear of what they might do. How do you give waranty and give a paying customer such a hard time when all she wants is the quality work they say they provide!!
