"Also when I ordered this product I was offered all kinds of magazines and walmart gift cards, for a new membership fee of 1.95 . which I never received but they took out the 1.95 out of my account for the magazines and the info I did get charged for was united benefit advantage and Identity ease. These people are ripping people off."

  • They received my return on February 14th as well and I am still waiting for my refund and it is now June 28th. I have contacted the BBB and 3PL Worldwide, Inc. which is supposedly their "higher up". They actually emailed me back right away & said they would talk to Smoke Assist's Account Manager. We will see what happens next.
