"We were the product of Smart Travel & Incentives host. We were contacted in 2014, February to attend a meeting on real estate/vacation purchase. with the statement "You can win a fee cruise for just attending the conference. No purchase necessary.

Attending the meeting chose not to purchase timeshare or real estate property. Signed papers for what we thought were a free cruise, submitted payment of $348.00 in fees.
Chose dates as requested for travel. Followed their instructions to the "letter".

Only to learn now that the cruise would cost us 1,000.00 without flight fee.


We are interested in getting our money back. Can you help us?
